Outlook Sign in.
Go to the Outlook Web Access sign-in screen. Most military users with email addresses ending with @mail.mil can do this by visiting https://web.mail.mil/owa in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. You can access this site from home or while connected to your military's network. Some branches have different URLs for Outlook email access:

Access to DOD Webmail OWA I have new device and I cannot access https://web.mail.mil I can access other sites requiring smart card log on; but the web.mail.mil will not work. I have tried the standard option of changing the internet options and TSL settings. I have tied in IE, EDGE and Firefox Windows 10 Pro ARM64 version: 1803 build 17134.753
On the Preferences screen, click on the Accounts tab. On the Accounts screen, click on the + button. You will be able to see the options to type in your username (whether it is your firstname.lastname@example.org or your army.mil email address) as well as your password. After you have typed in your credentials, click on the Add Account button.
