Open Outlook. Tap Menu, then Settings. Tap Add Mail Account, then Add an email account. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and tap Continue. Enter your Microsoft 365 password and tap Sign In. (You might need to choose your account type as Work or School, not Personal, to continue.)
To get Outlook, use your phone's camera to scan this QR code. Add your Microsoft 365 email to the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad. Then you can send, receive, and organize emails.
An Office 365 account must be configured in Microsoft Office Outlook. Configuring Microsoft Office Outlook for the second email account (the destination mailbox) is not necessary. Open Microsoft Office Outlook installed on your computer, click File, select your Office 365 account in the drop-down menu, then hit Rules and Alerts.
Open Outlook; Go to the File. Click on the Add Account. Enter Yahoo mail email address and click on the Connect button. Enter Yahoo mail app password and click on the Connect button.
