Connect the app to your mailbox. Click the Inbox folder from the left pane. Choose the sender you want to organize emails from. The app will automatically show all messages from this sender. Click the “Select all” filter if you want to select all messages from this specific sender. Choose what you want to do with the selected messages.
Tap Inbox Type. Select Default Inbox. Tap on Inbox Categories. Here you can add or remove any tabs. You can only make these changes if already enabled on the computer. For example, if you have only enabled three categories on the web, only those tabs will show here. Move an email To move an email to a different category, follow the steps below.
Select “show search results” from the magnifying glass icon. Now, Gmail filters will display in a new pop-up window. In the “has the words” section, you will see the sender's name, which you may copy and paste into the “from” section. To continue, click Search. Gmail will now display only emails sent by the specific sender you specified.
