Select File > Account (or Office Account if you're using Outlook). If you're not already signed in, click Sign In. In the Sign in window, type the email address and password you use with Office. This might be the personal Microsoft account you associated with Office, or the username and password you use with your work or school account.

Step 2 - Download and install Office apps. Choose Install Office in the upper right. In Chrome, go to the download on the bottom of the page and choose Open. In Microsoft Edge/IE, choose Save, and then Run. If you're asked to allow the app to make changes, choose Yes. On a Mac, open Microsoft Office_2016_Installer.pkg.
