Start by opening your app store and searching for UKG Workforce Central. Download and install the app onto your smartphone. This app is small enough that it can be downloaded without a WiFi connection. Tap on the Kronos Mobile icon to launch the app. When prompted to allow notifications, tap Allow.
When UKG Workforce Central is used in a single-sign-on environment, password recovery is handled by the SSO infrastructure. Because of this, you should disable the UKG Workforce Central password recovery and security question: Log on as an administrator. Select Setup > System Configuration > System Settings. Select the Security tab.
