National eJuror Program. Potential jurors can respond to their jury qualification questionnaire or summons online through the website of the local court that summoned them to jury duty. The national eJuror Program gives potential jurors the flexibility of responding online to their jury qualification questionnaire. Jurors choosing to complete these forms electronically don’t have to mail them.
You may call the Court’s Jury Line at 1-800-865-1775 and follow the instructions to verify your status and listen to reporting instructions. Who can use the eJuror system? Any prospective juror who receives a questionnaire can complete their questionnaire on line.
The court’s jury process has two phases. The first phase requires the completion of a Qualifying Questionnaire. The questionnaire is accessible through eJuror and aids the court in identifying persons legally qualified to be summoned for jury service. The second phase involves summoning previously qualified persons to court for jury service. If you are randomly summoned you will receive a mailed notice directing you to complete additional questions in eJuror.
To request to be excused from jury service fill out the Jury Information Form, located at the bottom of the summons, or on-line using eJuror. Upon request, the Jury Clerk may excuse the following occupational classes or groups of people from jury service: Persons over 70 years of age.
eJuror Online Questionnaire Instructions All questionnaires must be completed and returned within ten days of receipt by online submission. NOTE: If you do not have access to a computer please call 617-748-4574 to request a paper juror questionnaire. Upon request, you will receive a questionnaire and a postage paid envelope.

In order to log into eJuror, please enter the following identifying information located on your form. Enter your 9 digit Participant Number (located next to your name and address on the form you received in the mail).
The system is designed to allow 3 logins, after failure to gain access on the third attempt, the system will lock you out. You must completely log out of e Juror, give it a few minutes, and try again. The system only allows 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire, if it goes beyond that time, you will have to start again.
