The national eJuror Program gives potential jurors the flexibility of responding online to their jury qualification questionnaire. Jurors choosing to complete these forms electronically don’t have to mail them. In order to log into eJuror, please enter the following identifying information located on your form. Enter your 9 digit Participant Number (located next to your name and address on the form you received in the mail). Click on the "Questionnaire/Summons Example" to help you locate your participant number.
The system is designed to allow 3 logins, after failure to gain access on the third attempt, the system will lock you out. You must completely log out of e Juror, give it a few minutes, and try again. The system only allows 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire, if it goes beyond that time, you will have to start again.
You may call the Court’s Jury Line at 1-800-865-1775 and follow the instructions to verify your status and listen to reporting instructions. Who can use the eJuror system? Any prospective juror who receives a questionnaire can complete their questionnaire on line.
To request to be excused from jury service fill out the Jury Information Form, located at the bottom of the summons, or on-line using eJuror. Upon request, the Jury Clerk may excuse the following occupational classes or groups of people from jury service: Persons over 70 years of age.
The court’s jury process has two phases. The first phase requires the completion of a Qualifying Questionnaire. The questionnaire is accessible through eJuror and aids the court in identifying persons legally qualified to be summoned for jury service. The second phase involves summoning previously qualified persons to court for jury service.
Federal courts do not require past or prospective jurors to provide any sensitive information in a telephone call. Please do not provide this type of information to anyone claiming to be associated with the federal courts.
Submit your answers online using our secure electronic jury system, eJuror. Confirm your status and receive your reporting instructions. Beginning after 12:00 noon the Friday before the date indicated on your summons, you must confirm your reporting instructions via eJuror or by calling 1-800-553-6050.
