Oh, yes, we did that. I logged into the delegate's OWA account and do not see the additional mailboxes there. FYI: I don't believe you would normally see them in OWA anyway. You would use the "Open additional mailbox" feature in OWA to open someone else's mailbox. The unwanted mailboxes only appear in the Outlook desktop client.
